Celebrating Culinary Magic at Hot Luck Fest with Frost 321

Hot Luck Fest 2024 was one for the books, and Frost 321 brought the cool factor to new heights. Imagine being surrounded by the finest chefs, legendary musicians, and an atmosphere that celebrates creativity—add to that the spectacle of instant ice cream, frozen cocktails, and the magic that only Frost 321 can deliver.

The excitement was palpable as Frost 321 served up our signature frozen cocktails and ice cream delights. The execution was top-notch, and it's safe to say we were a hit. Festival-goers couldn’t get enough, with many returning for seconds (and probably even Austin-sized thirds!). Our Liquid Nitrogen-powered frozen treats provided a refreshing break from the Texas heat, creating an experience that was more than just about taste—it was about creating memories.

Frost 321 + Lunazul Tequila: A Perfect Pairing

One of the highlights of the event was our alcohol activation featuring Lunazul Tequila, made even more special by our partnership with Heaven Hill Distillery. The crowds were treated to deliciously crafted margaritas—served simply lime and the adventurous pineapple jalapeño—that were as visually stunning as they were tasty. These one-of-a-kind concoctions embodied the Hot Luck spirit: bold, inventive, and utterly satisfying.

Founded by James Beard Award-winner Aaron Franklin, Guerilla Suit principal James Moody, and Feast Portland co-founder Mike Thelin, Hot Luck Fest is not just a food and music festival—it’s a community. It’s about coming together to celebrate culture and creativity in the best way possible. This year’s event, held at Fair Market, embodied that energy in every moment, from the sizzling grills to the melodic tunes that filled the air.

We were also honored to be part of an event that gives back. Since 2021, Hot Luck has partnered with the Southern Smoke Foundation, benefiting those in the culinary industry when they need it most. At Frost 321, we take pride in contributing to such initiatives, knowing our craft is helping create a better community for all the incredible people who make this industry what it is.
